Products

Q: 1. What type of components do you use?

A: We use only the finest quality components including .925 sterling silver, swarovski crystals, fresh water pearls, genuine semi-precious stones and Italian glass beads. Each one is inspected before being used to create your piece. The result is a beautiful piece of wearable art!

Q: 2. Is the jewelry durable?

A: Yes, our jewelry is very durable! Each piece is well sealed to be water and UV resistant.

Q: 3. How should I clean my jewelry?

A: We recommend using a silver polishing cloth to keep all silver components looking like new. On the photo area and all beads, crystals and pearls simply wipe them with a soft cloth as needed. Do not use the silver polishing cloth on the photo area or you risk permanently damaging it.

Q: 4. Can you create me a custom piece?

A: Yes! We love working with our customers to create pieces that are exactly what they envision. Contact Us with your ideas and we'll see if we can create the perfect item just for you.

Ordering and Payment

Q: 1. What payment methods are accepted?

A: Through the site we accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. When you choose PayPal you can debit from your bank account or use any of the major credit cards.

Q: 2. Can I order by phone?

A: Yes. We accept phone orders if you are paying with a Visa or Mastercard. To pay with Discover, American Express or Diner's Club please pay online using the PayPal option.

Q: 3. Will I be charged sales tax?

A: Canadian orders shipping to an address in Ontario will be charged 8% PST. US and International orders will not be charged tax.

A: Your credit card will be charged at the time your place your order.

Q: 5. What is your cancellation policy?

A: Orders are put through by our credit card processor almost immediately after being placed on the site. At that time we are charged our standard transaction rate. Therefore, all cancellations will be charged a 5% cancellation fee to cover our costs.

Shipping

Q: 1. When will my order ship?

A: We aim to ship all orders within 1 week. Although it is rare, occasionally the components we use are back ordered. If this happens, you will be notified about the anticipated shipping date.

A: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.

Q: 3. Can I ship to an address outside the United States?

A: Yes! We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by your government. We have no way of knowing what these will be ahead of time.

Q: 4. Can I ship to a different address than my own?

A: Yes. At the time of checkout you will be asked for both your billing address and your shipping address. If you’d like us to ship your purchase directly to the recipient simply complete the shipping details at that time.

Q: 6. How can I check my Order Status?

A: If you created an account at the time you placed your order, you can login and view your Purchase History. If you chose not to create an account, Contact Us and we'll look up the status of your order.

Q: 7. Do you offer rush shipping?

A: Due to the detailed process required to create our custom jewelry, the fastest we are able to get it an order to you is 10 days. If you are interested in rush shipping please Contact Us at 1-877-878-1249 to make arrangements.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: 1. What is your return policy?

A: Photo items cannot be returned.

However, if we made a mistake when creating your piece we will immediately send you a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-personalized items such as Belly Jingles can be returned for a refund if they are in their original condition. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Please note that there is a 5% restocking fee to cover the fact that we have to pay credit card fees even if we process a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Q: 3. Can I exchange a product?

A: Exchanges are not permitted on personalized products. For non-personalized items we would be happy to exchange any new, unused items. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Once we've received the original item we will contact you with information on the amount owing for us to ship the new item to you.

Q: 4. Can personalized products be returned or exchanged?

A: If we made an error when personalizing the item we will replace it at no cost to you. In all other circumstances personalized products will may not be returned or exchanged.

Gift Giving

Q: 1. Do you offer gift wrapping and personalized gift cards?

A: We would be happy to make your purchase ready for gift giving. All of our products ship in beautiful packaging and are wrapped in tissue paper. To include your gift message, simply include it on the order page and we'll take care of the rest.

Q: 2. Will an invoice be included with my gift purchase?

A: Since many of our customers are gift givers, we've made it a policy not to include prices on the packing slip included with our shipments.

Q: 3. What if the person receiving the gift wants to return or exchange it?

A: Returns and exchanges of products will have to be handled by you, the gift giver. In order to process a return or an exchange we must be able to look up the specific order using your personal information. Therefore we'll need you to contact us with the last 4 digits of your credit card and your full name.
